The following are the members of our board of directors:

Mrs. Rose Lusangi Phambu, Biochemist, Founder and Executive Director   PHOTO

Rose Lusangi Phambu was born and raised in Kinshasa, Congo (DRC), Africa. After obtaining a Bachelor degree in biochemistry, she moved to France and attended Pixerecourt School of Agriculture; where she received her certification in Bio Industries of Transformation. After performing research in biochemistry, she attended the School of Ministry at New Song, in Brentwood, TN. From there, she obtained a master’s degree at Kingdom Bible College and Seminary, Edinburg, Virginia with a major in Religious Arts.

Dr. Nsoki Phambu, Professor, Co-founder and Treasurer   PHOTO

Dr. Nsoki Phambu was raised in Boma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He attended University of Paris VII (Jussieu)/France, University of Nancy (Henri Poincare)/France and, in 1996, earned his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry.

Mrs. Angela Stone, Medical Student   PHOTO

Angela Kelly Stone was raised in Paris , Tennessee . After attending the University of Tennessee at Martin, she moved to Nashville , Tennessee in 1990 and began working in the Accounting field. In 2004, Angela returned to school, entering Tennessee State University as a Biology/Pre-Med major. After graduating in May of 2008, Angela was accepted into Meharry Medical College in Nashville , Tennessee as a Post-Baccalaureate student for the School of Medicine . She is married to Alton Stone, Jr. and they have two daughters, Eleana (age 7), and Farran (age 5). Angela is honored to be a part of Luila Village Ministries, and looks forward to helping wherever she is needed to ensure the success of this important ministry.
